3、光线充足，明亮适中

家中合适的光线照明，能减轻孩子用眼的负担。家长要注意室内光线是否均匀、亮度适中。许多家庭使用的是LED灯照明，但其蓝光成分较多，且光线较集中，照明较不均匀，因此比较适合局部照明。
